Brooke specializes in landlord and tenant representation throughout Southern California, including San Diego and Orange County. Having started her career in property management and working across office, life science, and retail product types, Brooke brings a diverse and comprehensive real estate perspective to each of her projects and clients, taking a holistic approach while keeping her clients’ objectives and goals front of mind.
Brooke joined Retail Insite from IQHQ, where she served as VP of Leasing and was instrumental in the ground-up leasing success of RaDD in San Diego. Prior to IQHQ, Brooke helped lead one of San Diego’s tenant representation groups at Cushman & Wakefield, completing over 2 million square feet of lease and sale transactions for clients such as Illumina, Dexcom, and Sony.
Brooke grew up in North County Coastal San Diego, where she now lives with her husband and three children. She is an avid runner and enjoys all things outdoors. When not in San Diego you can find her in Jackson Hole fly fishing and hiking with her family.
